Bring Your Slideshow to Life Quickly & Easily
Our video slideshow creation process consists of detailed steps to help make your project development as smooth as possible.
Step 1: Choosing a Slideshow Package
The following packages are our main slideshow packages. To view a complete breakdown of package features and add-ons for a specific type of slideshow, please use the links within our website navigation located at the top of this page.
Starting Package

- Up to 8 Video Clips
- Up to 20 Titles/Captions
- Up to 3 Revisions
Step 2: Providing Your Physical Media (Photos, Polaroids, Slides)
If you require any physical media to be scanned for placement within your slideshow, please contact us via phone or email to make an appointment to drop off your physical media.
We handle your physical media with the utmost care and professionalism using the following steps:
- Scanning in ultra high resolution.
- Restoring photos to the best quality possible.
- Colour and brightness correction.
Step 3: Organizing Your Digital Media
Before providing us your digital media (images, video clips), you should have a proper organization structure for your slideshow. We recommend an alpha numeric naming structure for your files and folders (Image1, Image2, Image3, Image3a).
Please view our tutorials page for help. If you are unable to organize your files, please let us know and we will work with you or organize your files for you.
Step 4: Providing Your Digital Media
Once you've organized all of your digital media, you can provide it to us in person or online via the following methods:
- Drop off in person.
- Dropbox - Free file transfer app.
- Google Drive - Free file transfer app (Our preferred online transfer method).
- WeTransfer - Free file transfer app (No account needed)
- Bulk Email - Depending on your email program, you may be able to email large amounts of files.
Step 5: Slideshow Designs & Customization
Save yourself time and stress by incorporating our beautiful slideshow designs into your project.
Additionally, you we can customize your slideshow however you like, such as modifying our designs, creating custom slides or adding titles and text. Please inquire regarding any customization you may want.
Step 6: Developing Your Slideshow
Once all the previous steps have been completed, we will then begin developing your slideshow.
- We will keep you updated on the progress of your slideshow.
- The development process should take no longer than 3-7 business days.
- You will be provided with an online link to view the first edit of the slideshow for your approval. Depending on the chosen package, you may have up to three revisions available.
Step 7: Finalizing Your Slideshow
Once the final edit has been approved, you will receive the slideshow in the manner of your choosing.
- High Definition Video File (Via flash drive and/or download link)
- Optional Private Online Link – View or share the slideshow any time you like with a private mobile friendly online link.
